How are coaching sessions conducted?

All coaching sessions are booked via the scheduling link shared with you and held via Zoom video calls, allowing us to connect face-to-face regardless of your location. Sessions are recorded and provided to you afterward for reference.

What happens if I need to reschedule a session?

Life happens! You can reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice without penalty. Each package includes a limited number of emergency reschedules with less notice.

How quickly can I expect to see results?

Most clients begin experiencing shifts in their thinking and decision-making within the first 2-3 sessions. Tangible business results typically emerge within the first month and continue to build throughout our work together. The pace of transformation depends on your commitment to implementation between sessions.

What makes your coaching different from other business coaches?

Is there homework between sessions?

Do you offer refunds?
